Antrim
Home to Belfsat and Bushmill's whiskey this country hsa a population of around 618,000. The titanic was built in the Harland & Wolff Shipyard in Belfast, and many movies including Game of Thrones have shot here. C.S. Lewis, George Best and Liam Neeson are all from this county. Lough Neagh the largest freshwater lake in Northern Ireland and the Giant's Causeway can be seen here.

Armagh
Known as the Orchard county, due to its many apple orchards. Armagh is also the only city in the world with two cathedrals bot dedicated to the same Saint(St. Patrick). Home to the Tayto Crisp factory and Navan Fort, this county boasts a population of 174,792. The first Prime Minister of Northern Ireland Ian Paisley along with the drummer Les Binks were from here.

Down
​Called St. Patrick's county with a population of 531,665 county Down is home to Bear Grylls, Rory Mcllory and David Healy. The Mountains of Mourne are in this county and Slieve Donard is the highest peak in Northern Ireland. Rhianna filmed the video for her song "We Found Love" in a field just outside Bangor. Patrick Bronte father of the Bronte sisters sisters was born here.



Fermanagh
Thirty percent of this county is covered with lakes and waterways, it is the only country in Northern Ireland that doesn't border Lough Neagh. Home to the Marble Arch Caves, Belleek Pottery and Lough Erne which has 154 islands. Samuel Beckett, Olympic Gold Medalist Robert Kerr, and Kyle Lafferty. A smaller county with a population of only 61,170 people.
Derry/Londonderry
In 2013 the City of Londonderry was the UK's City of Culture, their county flower is the Purple Saxifrage. Home of the Northern Ireland Milk Cup, the Walls of Derry, and the Peace Bridge. The poet Seamus Heaney was born here, along with Martin P'Neill and actress Amanda Burton. Known as the Oak-leaf County with a population of 247,132, this county has often been the focus of political upheaval.
Tyrone
This county is rich in prehistoric and Celtic remains, it also boasts several Neolithic sites including stone circles and is the largest county in Northern Ireland. It was the traditional strong hold of the O'Neill clans. With a population of 177,986 this county is home to Sam Neill and Brian Friel. You can find the Sperrin Mountains, Castlederg castle and Ulster History park here.
